We generate or further develop your PLC program to cater for machine and equipment control requirements. Depending on your requirements, we will use controls from SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, ROCKWELL (Allen-Bradley), MITSUBISHI… If agreed, we will always use the latest version of the PLC hardware and programming software. This ensures that you will profit from the manufacturer’s latest developments. We are kept fully up-to-date with the latest developments through product training and software update services.
Even if your control system is a few years old, we can help. We have various older versions of programming software, which, with the aid of virtual machines (VM), we can also run and maintain on older operating systems. In terms of SIEMENS STEP5, in particular, we have a wide range of software, as well as project and programming know-how gained over many years. This means that we can continue to offer you modifications and development for both hardware and software.
Our experience stretches across controls from the past, e.g. SIMATIC S3, SIMATIC 110,130,150A/K right through to the latest SIMATIC S7 product family. We are also at home in the SF World (95U-155U, all processors) and can supply at short notice almost all replacement components for S5 and service panels.
Our PLC programs are clearly structured. Sub-sections of the plant are configured in individual networked PLC controls or with local I/O sub-stations. Subtasks are run in separate building blocks. Recurring functions are processed in function building blocks, for which parameters can be set, and which can be run repeatedly without further modification. Detailed documentation and careful structuring of software allows your service personnel to speedily identify and rectify faults. The program is also accessible at all times if modifications are required for new requirements.
